What is a Fractional FD?
I work as the Part Time Finance Director for your business, giving you all the benefits of an experienced FD for a fraction of the cost.
Fee Structure
My typical fixed fee is from £750 per month, a very affordable amount for businesses.
As the clock is not running, clients can have the confidence to call me as much as they need to.
Typically I meet with clients at least once a month as well as working remotely on their financials.

Cash Flow Forecasting
Using my own software, I create a rolling Cash-Flow forecast which I call the "Sleep at night" forecast. I create the P&L budget to help you run the business against so we can deliver the expected profit for the year.
